image Staff and doctors are nice but the office is always understaffed and takes a long time to get help. I waited in line for appointment and ended up missing it because I was waiting to check in after driving 45 minutes to make it to the appointment...will unfortunately be looking for a clinic that is easier to access.

image While the people are helpful and friendly the process of getting established, contacting them, and checking in for appointments is severely lacking. The one star is only because the people are friendly for the rest I would rate in a high negative. Calling in to speak to someone you are on hold or call back times are 35 minutes to an hour or more. My first appointment was a zoom meeting which was no problem. However, there was technical difficulty with my phone not allowing it to work. I had no information from them like did at other places of issues that could interfere with to troubleshoot the problem and no one to contact in case of an issue. So I called them and hate to wait on hold for an hour before contacting anyone. Nor did the person I had the meeting with contact me by phone to see if I was having an issue. I missed the appointment and reschedule it for live a person. So I go to my appointment but there are 3 buildings and was not told which one. I go to the first one I see and think I can ask someonenope the check in is a video call button to person who isnt even anywhere near my location. Because I told him I was in building C and asked if I was in the right building, he had no clue. So I sat down to wait and call to ask if I was in the right building or not. Yep, you guessed it on hold AGAIN with a long wait time. While waiting for representative the person I had the meeting with called me to ask where I was and told her. I was in the wrong building and needed to be in building A. Needless to say I am not using Spectrum ever again as I was going for mental health reasons and this whole process did not help it and increased my anxiety. I honestly should have listened to everyone who said I should have stayed away from this place as in the town I live in it has a bad reputation. Only 1 out 10 people you speak to has anything good to say about. While I appreciate that they going computerized and moving with the times one should make sure the system is working and serving your clients/patiences before this. As of right now your system is not working and leaving them feeling like they areout in the cold on getting help or assistance and you are loosing business because of it. The reputation of your company is already severely lacking and while your comments back to those who state their issues say you care, but the fact that these matter still exists says and proves otherwise. I will and have already stated to anyone who will listen my issue with this place and that I have also had multiple and numerous people say to go somewhere else and stay away from here.
