    I called Garry/Air Dynamics of Northern Arizona to install an HVAC system. He sold me a Daikin system. Only 24 hours after the installation it would not heat. It displayed an error code U2. I called Garry and he told me to get lost. So I stopped payment on the check for the 40% balance and hired another company to address the issue.

    I know Garry Lanes work. All I can say is, I believe everything the 1st reviewer wrote, based on my experience, without investing the time he did writing that. I'm glad he said it. I usually just turn the other cheek.But people should be informed.HVAC guys do a lot of things when installing things, and a lot of it you can't see. You have to poke around and look. But, golly, why? All those 5 star reviews, he's gotta be legit, right?

    GARRY, THE OWNER IS SUING ME. Yup. He installed a brand-new HVAC unit in my office. He did not install it per the manufacturer's protocol, as in the installation manual. The thermostat reads an error code. The condensate line is supposed to have a 1/100 slope to prevent puddling; it does not. The thermostat, I finally figured out, is miscalibrated by 5 degrees. I had concerns. I informed him of this in a text less than 15 hours after the installation. I told him there was no hurry and "we'll get it figured out." But  he immediately reneged on the one-year service warranty and any further service. My only recourse was to stop payment on the balance of payment until this is remedied. I've been around and around with HVAC folks around here. Unfortunately for him, he got to me after I learned some lessons. If I could have stopped payment on only some of the balance, I would have, I only wanted these items corrected. Otherwise, my manufacturer's warranty is void. Everyone knows that. But instead of dealing with it professionally, correcting the installation to specifications, fastening the outdoor condenser per protocol (he didn't fasten it at all), addressing the angle of the condensate tube, and the half-cocked exit duct on the indoor unit (3/4" gap), and the hole in the roof the size of a coffee can that he left where the old flue was, HE HAS CHOSEN TO SUE ME.   Yup. HE'S SUING ME. Gonna put a lien on my property. Started slandering me all over town. But, as a consumer, I have rights, says the Attorney General. So we shall see. I was quite disappointed. He impressed me at first, 'the sales pitch', and he has excellent reviews. Maybe he's burned out on consumers. He told me he doesn't plan on working for individuals anymore, only businesses, I was "probably his last one". So maybe you dodged the bullet right there. Or, from what I know, he may have been lying.  Poor guy. I guess he has environmental sensitivities. He said my place was unsafe. The unit was installed in a 700sf space that houses 5 rescued cats. They were bound for euthanasia when we swooped 'em up. One of 'em has some issues with peeing in places that are sometimes hard to locate. I assume poor Garry was 'overcome with fumes'; I don't know. I told him he should get a job in a library. But today is my scheduled day for cleaning that space. And besides, the HVAC tech Daikin sets me up with to fix the Air Dynamics installation might have environmental sensitivities, ya never know, I guess. Who knows what flaws that tech will find in the installation if I the simple consumer found all these "do not pass go" items? Trust me, folks, that space is not 'that bad'. And especially if you 'know' cats. If you know what I mean. To know 'em is to love 'em. HVAC salesmen with no integrity, not so much. And after today it will smell like Springtime.

    Recently needed an outside AC condenser replaced. Got a reasonable estimate the same day the quote was given. They showed up early on the designated installation day and performed the work. That is how AC service should be completed! Service: Install AC
