Nichols Mechanical

My heater broke a few weeks ago, and when I called Nichols Mechanical to report the issue, they sent over a technician (Andrew D.) the same day. He informed me that a part needed to be replaced, and "temporarily" fixed the heater while we waited for the part to arrive. It was unfortunately a cold week in Sedona, and the house is freezing without heat (despite my portable heaters). The heater unfortunately kept going out and Andrew continued to stop my house to temporarily fix it. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Andrew for being so responsive and providing excellent customer service.

This was an overall amazing experience. Mike D did the most fantastic job. Within a few hours we had two new recessed lights put in, a new outlet in our bathroom and our dining area light put up. Hewas incredible nice, informative and left the place exactly how he found it. Couldn't have been more pleased with getting all these tasks done by Mike! Thank you

Kaden was prompt and explained the process of installing the heat strips for the Company Nichols Mechanical they should be happy to have him as one of their techs!
