As a former DSP driver: This is a great location to deliver for. Huge launchpad capable of staging dozens of vans at a time on both sides. Unfortunately it's outdoor but, hey, it's Arizona. As a former DS associate inside: Also a great place to get warehouse experience if you like working nights. Would consider working here again if the opportunity arose.

Don't ship anything through them that weighs over 100lbs because it takes 2 of them to deliver it. Apparently, despite having 1.5 million employees throughout Amazon, they can't find 2 of them that are strong enough to make this happen. They delay the item for about a week and then return it to the seller. Pathetic.

Since moving to my new home that most of my packages come from this location, around 20 percent have been lost or the driver lies to justify late delivery. Since this issue occurs so frequently, it is clearly a management deficiency. Hire more drivers so delivery dates can be upheld or stop lying about the date that the team can complete deliveries without working themselves within an inch of their lives.
