    To whom it may concern: Im not sure who can help me with this complaint or if this can be forwarded on to the correct department. I would like to file a formal complaint with the customer service and warranty department there at Bestway On February 26th I began the processing of a warranty claim to have my hot tub pump replaced because it is leaking out the bottom waited several days after my claim had not progressed.. finally got a call back from Bestway claims and was clearly notified that I had not included Proof of purchase I let the individual know that my receipt was damaged and was not legible.. they informed me that I could either go back to the retailer or provide a bank Statement showing the date of purchase and the amount and the retailers name. So I provided that bank statement on March 4th.. and also called back in to the warranty department.. mind you by this point i had already spoke with 2 individuals that both told me the same thing about the bank statement except when I called back they looked over my pictures this time and informed me that was it thats all they needed to process my claim.. then today 3/11/24 I noticed still no updates on processing my claim.. so I requested a call back recieve it and was informed that they do not accept bank statements as form of proof of purchase. The call escalated and obviously just went around and around with that person she also refused to get me to a manager or a supervisor to listen to my frustrations they kept saying over and over that they do not accept bank statements to warranty my pump. I then asked how many or how often have you received a bank statement answer was never have alright then why would I have sent that in had I not been told by members of the Bestway company that they would accept that! So frustrating my hot tub is un usable and is just a year old. Very sorry for trying to do business the correct and honest way! Needless to say wont be replacing my hot tub or my pool for that matter with another Bestway product!

    Good luck getting a response from this company I've been trying to call every number I can and no one has called me back I've only had a pool that I bought from them for 9 months it is rusted and cracked completely in half I will never buy another product from this company again!!!! They are a scam stay away

    DO NOT BUY ANYTHING WITH THEIR NAME AFFILIATED WITH IT. I was told to contact a certified electrical worker for a 6FG error code which is a grounding error code. I did so and the electrician troubleshot that it back to the pump. When i contacted Bestway, Allision told me that the electrician did not know their product and was unable to make that call. They would not warranty the pump based off this. I am now out the $650. I have had this inflatable spa since December 2023 and because I'm in Ohio, I waited till warmed up a bit to install. I installed on February 6th and on February 12th it stopped working.

    Bestway changed a product, in our attempt to replace a bulging liner, the new liner did not come with an air valve. But since they changed the product the old air valve for inflation does not fit. I have sent emails, attempted to call, attempted to find the part and it is ALL impossible to figure out. I would definitely save money and look elsewhere.

    I got an air mattress from Walmart and the motor gave out after one use ! I used in past and older version lasted for ever . Decided to get another and they have some upgrades . And those upgrades are horrible . Motor is toast . Sleeping on floor tonight after going and paying 60$ lol
