From the first conversation I had with Joe Dabil at floor source, all the way to the finishing touches, the entire process of purchasing and installing this carpet went absolutely perfectly! Aside from getting top quality carpet and padding at a excellent price, the sales process and installation process was better than I could have hoped for! Everything about our experience with Floor Source was 5 star!! From the moment we walked through the door, we were treated like we were their only customer. Bobby, was kind, he listened to what we wanted, and he was very knowledgeable. He was very understanding after I changed my mind about the tile after everything was set up! He wanted us to love our floors when the job was done. Angel and his crew were amazing tile layers. They were efficient and worked together as a team. Bobby stopped by several times to check on progress and was always available for phone calls. We love our floors! I highly recommend Floor Source! They are definitely 5 star!!
