I myself used to be a pool cleaner, but have since moved from Arizona and the house is still there, so I had to hire someone to take care of the pool. After calling several pool companies in the area, Karl answered right away (most don't even answer) and was literally at my house within 30 minutes. This was a great first impression! Now after regularly using Mystic Pools, I can testify that he's always this responsive and very thorough with his work. It gives great peace of mind knowing that someone is taking care of the pool and fixes any issues as soon as they arise. 10 stars! My pool had green algae and leaks all around my equipment. My pool pump and motor needed to be replaced and Karl Stanek the owner came over on a Saturday and had my pool all cleaned up, a new pump and motor and the leaks fixed so we can be ready for the warmer weather this summer!! I highly recommend Mystic Pools for all your pool needs!!! Karl goes over and beyond to make sure we were taken care of!!!

I needed a recommendation for a great pool service company in Gilbert for my parents who just moved here and had never owned a pool before. I was given Karl at Mystic Pools' contact info from a fellow real estate agent who has had many great experiences referring him to clients. Karl was punctual and really took the time to explain the pool equipment to them and how to best balance chemicals on their own moving forward. They raved about his knowledge and helpfulness and said they'd have him back any time they had issues in the future and also when it's time for new equipment. As first time pool owners, were at a loss on how our system worked and how we should maintain it. Karl of Mystic Pools came to the rescue with his expertise, patiently explaining in detail everything we needed to know, while I recorded his instructions on my phone for later reference. He reset the float for our water level, adjusted the flap on the skimmer so it works properly, and advised us on the needed chemicals. Karl returned a few days later to replace my pool light and switches, and Ive been loving the glowing pool in the evenings! Ive texted him for advice on backwashing, and his return text came within minutes. Because I have an older system, a gear box that drives my pop up filtration system needed to be replaced. I, of course, called Karl, and two days later Karl had it all up and running and sparkling clean! Knowledgable, personable, professional ... Karl will take care of all your pool needs!
