Very satisfied with the Island Style pools and would highly recommend using them for your backyard pool project. Their team was extremely pleasant to work with. Brandan helped us with our design and answered any questions we had. Jeremiah was always around making sure the crews were on track with our project and he too was very helpful with any questions or concerns we had. Tracey and Randy in the office communicated with me weekly and provided timelines for each phase of the project. They finished the project on time and within budget as promised. I couldn't be happier with our decision to go with Island Style Pools, they were upfront and honest at the initial sales meeting with expectations and throughout construction we were updated with changes in the construction timelines! I always felt like a top priority and our project was even finished ahead of schedule by 3 weeks!! We looked at a lot of pool contractors, we choose Island Style pools small company has been in the valley for years. We loved the idea that is was a family business and the they treated us like family. I was so excited to see our pool being built from start to finished. They were true to their word from excavation less that 5 months. They came in right on time and budget. All vendors were super kind and on time. I kind of fell in love with Island style pools. I referred them to a friend who they have already started building their pool. Honest , family owned. The BEST customer service. When ever we called - with a question we got a live person that answered the phone Tracy and Jeramiah was on it!! Thank you for bringing so such joy to our home- WE LOVE OUR POOL!!! Thank you ISP!!! We absolutely LOVE our pool!! They brought our visions to life and every single detail is exactly what we hoped for. The turn around time surprised us as it was so quick! We get so many compliments on our pool and design. We highly recommend this company, their professionalism and quality has exceeded our expectations.
