        My pricing skyrocketed to over $300/month starting Feb. 2024 - up from $247/month in 2023 - up from $180-something in 2022... just a scumbag company that knows customers won't leave. This is literally the first time I've ever posted a negative review, but I was simply appalled at the brazenness of the extortion.

        CubeSmart more than doubled my rate since I moved in without providing adequate notice. They used multiple increases consistently like clockwork. For a 10x15 unit at $365/month I was paying $4,380 per year. I rarely used the stuff I had so I threw a bunch out and moved the remaining items to a better priced company - American Storage in Mesa AZ. Good riddance CubeSmart, I'm now savings thousands of dollars per year!
