      image My complaint iis the lack of carts. I went to 3 buildings to find one after 2 visits. Today is 108 degrees. I was not happy with this.
      Since this review.still no carts, there are bugs and dust in halls.

      image I had been a loyal customer of Cube Smart, even before it became Cube Smart, for 5 years. I discovered I could receive a much better rate if I went in as a new customer, rather than getting a better rate as a loyal customer. Since Cube Smart took over the climate control unit temperature was not adequate and the maintenance was less than desirable. The hallways were always dusty, dead bugs and rodents at times. Would not recommend, look elsewhere!!
