My sister and I recently worked with Realty Executives in our home purchasing process. We work directly with Lina Guilln, she was absolutely amazing. For being first home buyers they were so much help & especially Lina made the process less stressful and easier than what I expected. Definitely recommend them for your future purchases!

Please read this and do not use this company ever. My 2 friends and I applied for a house through this company and paid 153.00 for the application fee. It was never disclosed on their site that they were taking applications until may 2nd and we applied on may 3rd. I had tried to reach out to Brian who was in charge of this rental and he never replied to my phone calls, text messages, or numerous emails I sent. I filed a chargeback with my card issuer and Brian than reached out to me saying they are issuing a refund in the form of a check. It has been a few weeks and have not received this check. I found out with my card issuer that they were using a different name and went by Brad instead of Brian. They also provided my card issuer the receipt but had the names of different people. I went into this place and they are no help saying I have to work with Brian. This is very sketchy! Please don't use them and reconsider your options to save you time and stress. Thank you.

My husband and I purchased a house through Judy Simmonds in 2017. Compared to the real estate professional we paid more in California, Judy Simmonds was so much better in her honesty, responsiveness to our questions and requests, and efficiency in handling transactions.
