My wife and I have now completed 4 real estate transactions with Mallory and her team at Elpis. We absolutely love and really value the attentiveness offered by this boutique firm. Weve done transactions with larger real estate companies in the past but nothing compared to the level of service and knowledge provided by Mallory. Each transaction we did was unique and required a lot of collaboration between us and Mallory. She was super responsive and her experience and expertise helped us avoid many common mistakes from novice home buyers.
I highly recommend Mallory and absolutely will be using her and her team for my next real estate transaction!

If you are looking for a real estate agency to make your search stress-free, fun, and easy look no further than ELPIS! Mallory is the absolute best. We went into our first home buying process with very little knowledge of how everything goes, and she made sure we understood everything along the way. Maybe the best aspect of working with Mallory is the fact that she communicates so well, and that shows with how many people she knows in the industry. For example, when we needed a frame inspection during the build, she took care of finding the right person so we didnt have to worry about it. If youre truly serious about buying a home, quit searching for an agent and give ELPIS a call!

Aimee and her team are awesome. I live in IL and decided to sell my AZ home. Aimee and her team did EVERYTHING!! There's so much stress of living out of state while trying to renovate and sell your house. Aimee eliminated that stress. We did a $16k renovation on the Kitchen/Baths/Landscaping and Aimee lined up all the contractors and companies to do the work. She stream lined the process, helped us with picking out appliances, paint, fixtures, etc... she really did it all.
Once the renovation was complete, Aimee and her team got the house online and was showing the house the next day. We accepted a bid we were very happy with within 1 week of putting it on the market and the house SOLD!

After meeting with several realtors and just about ready to settle for the "best" of the lot we found information Aimee's information from several years before when she had sent us comparative market information on the house we had just sold. We are so happy we went with Aimee as our realtor to buy our house! She is a bundle of energy and so great to work with! My wife and I were almost sad when we found our new house so quickly because that meant no more trips with Aimee! She was very patient and knowledgeable, made suggestions and steered us away from properties she felt weren't quite right for us. She fought hard for us when the seller was not willing to make needed repairs to the house until they came around to her way of thinking. She always went above and beyond anything we could have ever asked for! We would use her again in a heart beat and have given her information to anyone thinking about buying a house! Meet her and you will be very happy that you did!
