I'm nor sure this is a legitimate brokers place because there was a listing on Zillow with their initials "IRB" ... But not their actual name, or names of the realtors. The number I called on the listing wouldnt pick up, so I had to look up their website and call 3 other numbers. Their website looks suspicious as well, only made two years ago but doesn't specify much about the employees or its listings. Also the rental application asks for straight up bank information and "3 references" instead of cashiers check or money order. And the listing I found....just too good to be true. Overall, sketchy place. Red flags.
