She always made herself available to us to go see different properties until we found the perfect place. Aphrodite has been a HUGE help. We really appreciate her. She has made our process so smooth and easy. She really goes out of her way to accommodate us. She is extremely efficient and always gets back to us in a timely matter! We are amazed at how fast our process has been since working with her! Aphrodite was such a wonderful help. We had been looking for weeks for a new rental and came across her for another property that ended up not being available. She kept our information and kept true to her word that she would let us know of any future listings that met our specifications. Aphrodite reached out, showed us the home, and helped us get a confirmation within hours. We know it doesn't normally work that quickly. This woman is a badas#! I call her and her lender the dynamic duo. These woman get things done!!! What I love about aphrodite is she fought hard for us, worked her tail off, put up with my stupid questions and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. She is patient. More importantly she is honest. She will tell you different scenarios and outcomes (worse case scenario) and that helped make us prepared for anything. She listened to what I wanted and got me what I asked for. I highly recommend aphrodite as a realtor to anyone coming to live in Arizona. She knows this state well. She will always make time for you and she made our home buying experience soooooo easy. I will always be indebted to her. She is also sweet, funny, like a business partner but a friend. I'm blown away by her expertise and work ethic. You won't regret using her. She saved us from being homeless after we got denied rent. She is amazing.
