    Bought two Impulse IQ devices Black Friday 2022 and received them sometime in December. The first one broke within the first few months. Sent it back and was charged for the shipping to send it back. The second one broke this week (Same issue as the first). Still trying to have someone get back to me either through email or phone. Very disappointed with the company and the poor quality of the devices that are in the neighborhood of $5000 each. This looks very poorly on the Chiropractic profession.

    Just bought a new Impulse IQ at the Black Friday sale. It already won't function. The company will send us a new one free via ground, which would take 5-7 business days, but want to charge us for next day shipping...for a device that cost over $3,000. The customer service reps try to help, but are restrained by company policy. Buyer beware!

    Bought Impulse unit ($2K) developed a pneumatic pressure fault, 14 months after purchase. They were kind enough to agree repair, if I pay postage to the USA and said they'd return at no extra charge. Then called saying this was an error and we'd have to pay $200 shipping to get unit back to UK!! Its expensive kit to develop a fault so early but now hoping we get a couple more years use, considering the total investment to date.

    Buyer beware! Do not buy the impulse IQ or impulse. I've had to send back numerous malfunctioning units within the warranty period. Now that the unit is broken out of the warranty period, they refuse to repair and told I need to buy a new device. An expensive addition to the scrap heap.
