If I didn't have to deal with this third party for my child's formula, I wouldn't! Our provider has sent over prescription multiple times and Aveanna keeps stating that it is not found in their system. Please get a better system!

My daughters formula prescription got sent to them 2 plus weeks ago and they still havent worked on her order. I keep calling and they keep saying they will email to put a rush on it.

Spend hours waiting every month for my son's monthly order and when you leave a message with overflow, or hold your place in line they never return the call! My son milk is never on time and I have to stretch his milk.

Every month for my daughters formula its never here on time. I keep running out of formula before they even send it. It use to come on the 25th of every month now its like the 28 or 29. Called today to see where my daughters formula is and they said it hasnt shipped because the holiday: but why wouldnt you ship it before the holiday so i dont run out of the formula. Its my daughters food.

How can a company justify having a patient wait for over an hour to speak to someone???? The order received was missing items and now I have to play the wait game. This is unacceptable.
