Ashlee and her medical assistant were both easy to communicate with. This was the first practice I checked out since moving to Chandler. A few weeks passed by after my physical, I received a bill. I thought it was strange since I knew my insurance would cover the entire physical and the bloodwork. I gave them a call, it turns out Ashlee had charged my question regarding a knee pain as a separate thing and I was charged $47 since my insurance did not cover the whole thing. While I understand she can do that, the knee pain was one question to which she responded with an ibuprofen prescription. This took about 3 minutes total, there was no formal examination. I was pretty surprised by this bill considering Ive seen other family physicians in the past and felt comfortable addressing any concerns I had about my health during my physical and was never once charged for it even if the doctor gave me a prescription. I feel like a patient should be able to express any concern regarding their health during an annual physical without fear of being charged extra for it. I will definitely not come back after this.

Honestly, have never felt more heard & understood by a doctor, ever. I love her and think she is amazing. Very professional. Location is perfect, its quiet, small and very clean & beautiful. She does an amazing job and if you are looking for someone that makes you feel like you matter. You found her.

I absolutely love Ashlee!!! She really listened to me and it was obvious she cared about me and what I was saying. She didn't try to pressure me into doing a specific treatment plan, instead we discussed various options and she left the decision to me. I HIGHLY recommend her, I can see why she has such great reviews!

Ashlee and her assistant Brooke were great from beginning to end. Very kind, professional, receptive, informed and resolved my familys issues in a timely manner.
