WoodSpring Suites Chandler Airport

Great location (at least for me and how it suits my needs). The room was clean when I arrived, but almost three weeks here, and I have yet to get a cleaning person to come in and at least wipe the floors. Same linens for bed and bathroom until I finally asked the front desk and was told I have to bring the dirty laundry and exchange it for clean linens. The mattress is too hard for my back, and that combined w the frame squeaking loudly every time I move in the bed makes for a not so restful sleep. I won't hold that against the hotel too strongly, though. The mattress is in good shape. It just happens to be of the wrong firmness for me. No ice maker in the building, and no ice trays to use. Fortunately, there is a huge box store half a mile away and was able to get some, as well as toilet paper, because even it ran out by the end of the first week.

The toilet seat was up, there was hair on the rim of the toilet, and there was feces splattered in the toilet. I was disgusted. There also wasnt an outlet in the bathroom, so I had to try and do my hair in the kitchen. So frustrating. I informed the staff when they called to check if the room was at my satisfaction and she offered to make it right-didnt offer a different room or anything. I also informed the person when I checked out and she just said sorry. I was very disappointed and would not go back.

Spoke with a guy on the phone he didnt bother giving me hes name but in all honesty he replied very hostile and didnt seem to care for anything I had to say even when I told him they had asked me to call back I went ahead and cut are conversation short due to the negative response but didnt think it was fair to treat me with such demeanor

Very clean, tv and heater works, and up to date appliances. Rooms: Clean and fair price Safety: Well lights and less vehicle noise.

My visit at the WoodSpring Suites has been very pleasing. The staff allows you to do your own thing as long as you are sticking to their policies which are comprised of common courtesy rules, so its not difficult and they are always available if needed. Laundry is open 24 hours, the elevator is conveniently located in the center if the 4 story building. The rooms are spacious and equipped with a stovetop, fridge, microwave and plenty of cabinet space. Our room had the queen bed paired with a desk, entertainment center, side table and a small comfy chair for guests so they didn't have to sit on the bed. We all know how awkward that can be..the parking lot is large and wraps around the property with plenty of spaces for every vehicle. The are pet friendly and extending or making minor changes is easier then I have ever seen really in a hotel as long as you book directly with the property itself. Coffee is available until 11 p.m. and quite hours begin around that time so even the rowdy have a chance to sleep or be asked to leave. It has really been a pleasant experience and I recommend this hotel if you are in the Chandler AZ area and need to be close to stores but not necessarily all up in the hustle and bustle of this beautiful city. There is a small airport, Bryan University located directly down the road and mandatory cleanings after a 14 day stay. This property receives a solid 4 in everyday hotels.
