Excellent room, clean, tidy, and modern. Stayed here for 3 weeks on a business trip. The location is awesome with Target and Chandler Fashion Center at a 5 mins walking distance. The room has all the required amenities, except that the complimentary breakfast is not included. They, however, have an on-site restaurant with paid breakfast and dinner options. Would recommend this place.

We chose to stay at this property because of the previous reviews and the reputation of Cambria properties in general.
The check in was smooth, as usual. Elijah at the front desk was extremely friendly and congratulatory when he asked about our day, and I mentioned that we were married that day.
I am a diamond member, so I had already received a room upgrade before the check in.
The refrigerator didn't work, but they sent up a temporary one very quickly, with an apology.
The serious issues didn't begin until about 8 that evening, after we returned from dinner.
The incessant door slamming, loud voices, running in the hallways, and the invasion of the pool area by teenage boys was all I needed to see to know that I was in for an unpleasant night, and boy was I right.
Turns out, it was a high school baseball team staying there. They (and their chaperones) were at the pool area until just after midnight, an hour after the pool is supposed to close. They absolutely made the pool and patio areas unusable to any other guests.
It was just after 2AM when we noticed it was finally quiet.
I mentioned the issues again at checkout and was told that they were aware of it and they were going to address it that morning. Well, that sure didn't help me the night before.
The lack of response and action by the staff has shaken my confidence in this hotel and possibly Cambria as a whole.

I stayed for one night and it was average at best. At first I thought it was very nice, but was surprised when there was no parking. This was not mentioned upon booking. I also was not aware upon booking that it would be an extra $100 on top of what I owed, which is not what I really had at the time. We were told there would be a microwave in the room, but it was only in the lobby. The AC in the room did not work too well and it got very hot. The shower pressure was very low and the shower head seemed to be off as the water spouted in different directions. The cleanliness was average, no complaints there.
I did not know breakfast wasnt free, but the food was decent. I had no choice but to get breakfast there as I had to use my extra money on the deposit for the room, which was not explained.
The staff was pretty friendly. As for the area, it was okay. I did not feel the safest around, as I had to walk to my event, but nothing happened. I have no serious complaints but the impressions I had, I dont think Ill be staying there again.
