We were here for 5 nights. We had an amazing experience. The hotel was very clean. The staff was so welcoming and very kind. Our first time staying at a Hyatt and I was very impressed. The location was perfect. Walmart across the street, plenty of food places in the area and a mall right across the street. Would highly recommend. If we ever come back to the area this will be my first choice to stay.
Rooms: Very clean, modern and spacious
Nearby activities: In the hub of Chandler. Lots of shops nearby. A mall right across the street. Crayola factory, movie theater and more.
Safety: Very well lit. In a very good part of town and no homeless wandering the area.
Walkability: Lots of shops, food and activities within walking distance.

Reminded me of my old middle school science lab. Cheap furnishings, crappy flooring, steels doors, bums in the parking lot.

Really quite. Only complaint. I had to get my key card reswiped twice. Didn't work on outside doors, or the pool, had to make sure I had phone, to call my girlfriend to let me in
