We had the pleasure to work with Crew Smith @ Nexstar while purchasing our new forever home. Crew was very professional and knowledgeable through the whole process. He was punctual and very responsive to calls/texts/emails. If your looking for a quality home and a great experience i suggest getting a hold of Nexstar and ask for Crew!

A local business. Local implies attention to detail, care about the product being purchased, and having great customer care. Nexstar has provided all of those aspects as a local home builder. We have enjoyed living in our new build home for just over a year now. We want to take a moment to sincerely thank and commend the entire Nexstar staff (Dallin, Alan, Kevin, BJ, David). They have always shown genuine concern for all of our warranty issues throughout the year. Everyone on the Nextsar team has constantly been very personable and professional. Each and every time we utilized the Buildertrend warranty website, the team went above and beyond - always exceeding our expectations in resolving the issues in question. There was no calling a 1-800 number or submitting an email to a generic support service. If we called, we spoke to someone in the local area that was on the Nexstar team. When we submitted claims on Buildertrend, we got a response via email, text, or phone call, promptly and from a local person. Furthermore, it was always the same handful of people handling our cases, so there was no miscommunication or need to re-explain what we needed from them. We couldn't be happier with the quality of our home as well as knowing that Nexstar truly backs their workmanship. We would highly recommend Nexstar Homes for anyone in the market looking for quality, luxury new build homes. Being a realtor, I work with ALOT of different agents and builders. I have never worked with a better team of people. Crew and Dallin were always on top of everything. Their communication, knowledge, guidance, help and everything from start to finish was so great! We even had multiple clients building with them at the same time and each deal was A+ service! I told them several times how great it is to work with them. I would prefer to do all new builds with Nexstar, Crew and Dallin! Not only were the people great to work with but the quality of their homes and upgrades are so great, as well!! I will continue to put in an effort to get my clients to build with them! So thankful to have met this team of people and can't wait to do more business with them!!!!!

I am a real estate agent, and I had the pleasure of helping one of my buyers purchase a Nexstar home. I work with a lot of buyers who want to buy new build homes, so I have a lot of experience with large builders, and even smaller builders like this, and this recent experience with Nexstar far exceeded the experiences Ive had with any other new build home!! The quality of the workmanship and materials used in this home was definitely superior to other builders in this class of homes. The inspection went flawlessly, and anything that needed to be corrected was done so swiftly and professionally and flawlessly. It was an incredible experience for my buyer, and I was overjoyed to be a part of the process! I would absolutely take any buyer I had looking for a product like this to Nexstar neighborhoods before taking them anywhere else!!
