Norma couldnt have been more helpful in telling us about the features of the homes and all the benefits of the neighborhood. She was super helpful and even stayed late to show us some home sites! Think we may have just found our next neighborhood!

RV owners beware! We were told that the RV garage would be 14ft tall and it was. (Its actually 16ft to the ceiling)The problem is that we were not told that the entrance would only be 12ft tall! We cant fit our vehicle into it! There was no model for us to see or any documented height dimensions given to us. We were forced to take the salespersons word for it. While I love my new home, I had to fight through repairs to items that were implemented with poor quality and I experienced poor customer service from both the original seller/realtor as well as from the superintendent. Jill took over for the first realtor and helped improve our buying experience significantly. The warranty repair lead Doug was absolutely great with addressing the many problems identified early after closing. Were sorely disappointed about the garage however. We closed in January 2022.
