        Walked in the store and not one of the 3 employees working acknowledged me. Working in customer service, I realize how important it is to acknowledge customers even if its just a simple hi. During checkout the store manager R**** let me stand there while she was on her computer and then instructed (not politely) another employee to check me out. Not a friendly environment.
