Edit to my original post a few months back. I stopped back here to use up some starbucks rewards and was able to work with Ozan. Probably one of the best, most down to earth people I have met in a retail environment. Also, he is pretty knowledgable in the tea world. I changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars for this place overall because the guy is that friendly. If Ozan is working seek him out, and wait in line if needed; if he isn't, avoid the rest of this place as they provide garbage service here especially at the price point of the place.

The store is great and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I'm annoyed by the lowered ratings for price. Yes, it is expensive tea. You are paying for quality. If you want cheap tea, go buy Nestle tea bags.

There is always amazing customer service and the teas are always made perfectly and sweetened to taste

Great service and coffee. Highly recommend! Long line but boy were they efficient and on top of their game.
