Its very hard to get through by phone, but the staff at the Chandler office are kind every time Ive been in. Dr. Saran is helpful and listened to me when it felt like no other doctor would. I wish I could give her a full 5 stars but the phone system really needs to be fixed, its unfortunate and unfair to good drs when their patients arent able to get through to anyone when theyre in need.

The billing department is incompetent and at this point I will say they are thieves. The online system charged my card 3 times for one bill in October 2022. I did not catch this until January 2024 for $240.60. They did not try to correct the issue themselves which is odd. I had written correspondence in January 2024, February 2024, March 2024. I was told a check was being sent in January, then one was sent in February-- they zeroed out my balance on my account when I never received the money. My insurance company called them on three separate occasions before they could speak with someone. They were told a check was mailed March 25 and wait 5-8 business days. It is now the 9th business day, called the billing department directly myself who told me I had a zero balance then told me a check had been mailed but couldn't tell me when it was mailed or when I should receive it. My insurance, Cigna, is now starting the process of filing a formal complaint against this practice for not refunding the money in a timely manner. This is absolutely ridiculous, illegal and unethical. I've been told before that a doctor is as only good as his office staff. Take that for what it is.

I am editing my review. The last few times I have been in the office, they have been fully staffed and taken care of people properly. They have started answering their phones. The on call doctors have been amazing and responsive. My one star review has turned into a solid 4 at this point. I hope they can keep improving.

I've dealt with some garbage medical facilities, bit this one takes the cake. First, it was a back and forth with their front desk to confirm my referral arrived, which took three months and multiple referrals sent by my other doc. Then, they couldn't see me for another couple months. Keep in mind, I've been dealing with unresolved symptoms that have made my life and working a living nightmare, and have been trying to get answers. When I finally got in, I waited 30-40 minutes for the appointment. No big deal, typical doctor office. Saw a nice nurse who asked me some questions, where I noted that a lot of my symptoms matched with a certain disorder, so it would be nice to check that one off, if possible. Waited another 20 minutes for the doc. Again, typical doctor office. But then I spent maybe ten minutes with the doctor, only to have my concerns dismissed as 'not keeping my weight in check' and 'we'll do some labs but it's not what you think'. Things wrong with this: 1. I have fought with EDs and general disordered eating since I was a teen, so the way he dismissed my other concerns because of my weight, something I'm already painfully aware of, was extremely upsetting. 2. I had experienced a significant and rapid weight gain a good year AFTER my initial symptoms arose, so it wasn't a main factor around my symptom development. 3. I'm 3 years in with very little relief/treatment and no answers, so I've spent time trying to see if I could aid in the process by offering a possiblity or two because I'm tired of not knowing and hardly being able to function. But you'd think I ripped the guy's PhD up in front of him with how irritated and dismissive he was. All while offering no possible answers, treatment, nor support. I was upset, but it took me so long to get this appointment that I was willing to do my labs and go to one more appointment. Big mistake. Next appointment, I went in, already feeling dread, was taken back to a room. Spent maybe five minutes this time for him to essentially say 'I told you so.' as we ruled out what I was, in some ways, hoping would give me an answer. All he offered was to better manage my weight, stop taking one med (that I had already been told to stop), and we'll chat in 3 months. No offer to look into anything else (it was a bare bones blood work panel). No advice on how to relieve my symptoms short of 'lose weight', which was not the cause nor a factor that contributed to my symptoms. Safe to say, I will not be making another appointment and obtaining a referral elsewhere. And the icing on top of this garbage cake? They sent me an email with a bill for something I paid for at that visit. So now I have to dig up my receipt and prove that I paid for it already. Absolute waste of my time.

I wish I went through these reviews before I scheduled an appointment with these guys. I scheduled my apt in December for February which I guess is ok, I (falsely) assumed they are *that* good lol I went in at 2pm, was led inside right on time and first nurse took my weight and height and then led me to a room where a second nurse came and took some basic info and history. It was 2:20pm when she was done and said the doctor will be with you soon. I had to leave at 3pm. At 2:45pm still no sign of the doctor. I went out to the hallway twice to ask of eta. At 3:05 i finally left. As I was leaving I saw doctor JUST THEN finishing her previous appointment. I am sorry, but why on earth would you schedule me for 2pm and leave me waiting for 45mins?!?! So i went back to the front desk to try to reschedule and they could reschedule me for another month out. LOL here comes the best part: i asked for the refund of my co pay since I never saw the doctor to which the exceptionally arrogant lady (big black frame glasses, you know who you are) scuffed and said that I cant get a refund because I saw a nurse. So I basically paid for someone to write down what I told them. I asked for the accounting contact and then took it with them. It took 5 calls and me saying that I will file a fraudulent charge with my bank to finally issue a refund. Literally - you are better off anywhere else but here!!!
