Dr. Naga Nalini Tirumalasetty

After numerous tests including a CT SCAN She could not find what was causing her findings on my blood test. She then told me to call Mayo Clinic. Never even bothered to call them or send them any of my medical records. Did not even tell me what department I needed to ask for so I could do it on my own. It took weeks and numerous phone calls and voice messages left by me just to have her receptionist tell me she finally sent it over to Mayo who then told me they never received anything from her.

Good bedside manner and very kind doctors. The problem was lack of follow through on finding a place to get a test done that they told me I needed. After months of back and forth with trying to get this test, I was told I should find a different endocrinologist. They should have done this in the beginning instead of giving me the run around. Also, all blood work and sonograms are referred out. Other offices do these in house so its more convenient. Receptionist is hard to hear and I have had issues getting through to the office at times.

Dr. Tirumalasetty (Dr. T) and nurse practitioner Garcia have been key to the vast improvement I have seen in my health since I became a patient of Healthy Living Endocrinology. They provide excellent care with patience and compassion. No other doctors were willing to take the time to fine tune my medication the way they have. I highly recommend them!

I saw her in March after seeing her reviews. She said I gave her a "look" when she mentioned not having in-office labs but I waited an hour for my appointment and was well aware her office didn't do in office labs so there was no "look." She suggested I find a doctor closer to me and take my labs to them. I saw nothing welcoming or extraordinary about this doctor. She's really a typical endocrinologist. What a disappointment.
