Horrible place! Slow to unload at least 4 hours sitting at a door. Then pay lumper fees up front. Avoid this place at all cost.

Long wait line to check in while standing outside. Check or cash only for lumper fee and have to pay before they unload. You have to check in with 4 people before you start getting unloaded and a 5th person that will give you your bills. I won't deliver here again if I can help it. They do have truck parking, but you can't park inside until 7pm and they don't start receiving til 9pm.

Here are the basic steps: Delivered there for the first time to unload. It's not a bad place if you know what to expect, but the check-in process is ancient. They are strictly by appointments. Have your paperwork and license in hand. The earliest they will allow you on the property is at 7:00 p.m. they won't start checking people in until 9:00 p.m. for 9:00 p.m. appointments, so people who come there regularly know to go early and prepare and you will see them bring chairs as they wait to get checked in usually starting to line up as early as 7:30 pm and sit in the front by the check-in/guard shack. I saw what was happening so I stood in line for an hour and 30 minutes, but I was the fourth person to get checked in. Closer to 9:00 p.m. and you'll have a fairly long line of people behind you and waiting. Trust me, the people who understand this process will be in line with some folding chairs because it hurts to have to stand in place for a long time. Now, everybody wants to get in early so that they can get out early and everybody wants to be there on time for their 9:00 p.m. appointment. After you get checked in at the first window, then you have to go to the second window of the guard shack to speak with the security guard and then they tell you what door to go to, After parking the truck in said door, then you have to go inside the main building to the office, then they tell you to go back out of the office and into the warehouse to speak with the lumper. They only take cash and checks. Then while in the warehouse, you go to the window across from the lumper to pay with your cash or check. Then you go wait in your truck and someone will bring you your paperwork. You'll feel like you had a good cardio workout by the time you get back to your truck . My unload took just shy of an hour. I'm sure my unload went fairly quickly because I was closer to the beginning of the line and getting to my door before many others, but I imagine it takes longer to get unloaded if you're closer to the back of the line upon initial check-in. But still, you will find yourself standing in a line for a good bit of time before you get to the window for the sheer number of people already in front of you. Either way, be prepared to wait or stand before getting checked in I'm not there to make friends. I'm just trying to get in and out, but there will be employees who seem more friendly/helpful to answer questions and those who appear to be cranky or impatient. I did not notice any bathrooms on site, so I am not sure if they are available to drivers. Possibly in the office after you leave the guard check. It seems like a place that would have bathrooms for their drivers so I would guess they have them. The weather was nice but I wouldn't want to be in line if the weather is rainy or cold. After you are empty, you have to take a piece of paper to the guard shack and exit the property. I guess this paper tells security that you are okay to leave . Security may allow you to sit 10 minutes, but it's expected that you leave after being unloaded. There's some kind of parking nearby off site but I didn't check that out. So that's about it. Be safe out there drivers.
