        I had a package that was a tv was suppose to be delivered today, and when I got home, my tv wasnt there waiting for me to take in my home. I cant reach anyone to help me resolve this matter at all.

      Dwayne unfortunately you are reviewing the wrong company. We have nothing to do with your package, nor are we equipped to help. If you are missing your package you should reach out to the retailer where you made your purchase.

      Hi James, I don't know if you're aware but we don't work with the general public. We store our client's products and ship those products to consumers on behalf of our client's. We don't provide customer service to these consumers as that is always done by our clients customer service team. I'm assuming you must have purchased something from one of our clients. We also don't have any clients under our roof with owners or support employees with the name of James. Furthermore, we also haven't had any clients leave SKU Distribution in years. I'm sorry if you didn't receive the customer service you expected, but that would not have come from us. We don't deal with outside consumers at any level. Sorry for your confusion.
