I was very disappointed in the customer service I received from Brandy at the service desk. I went up with a broken light fixture and asked if she can have an associate help me look for a replacement. I stated that the other Walmart said there was 5 in stock at this location. She kept saying that she cant have an associate look through all the boxes in the back and what they have on the floor is what they have. I simply asked again if she can call someone to help me look on the floor for some, as there is 5 in stock. We put up 2 of these light fixtures and the last one we opened was broken. I was desperate for find another one. She said they cant do an exchange and that all she can do is a no receipt return. Very unhelpful and just a poor attitude from the beginning. I went on the floor once again trying to locate it. I came across a lead, Tim and asked him if he could help us find it. He showed us a hidden area of clearance light fixtures that I would have never had found on my own. He was truly so nice and the best customer service I have seen in a while! I was able to get my light fixture replaced!
