Also tried to go in on my birthday to get solar eclipse glasses and they had a pair but said they were keeping it for Staff! So at this location time and time again they prove their customers come last! Go to any other location they always have awful service here I bought a brand new samsung 22+ when i switched carriers. Ive had this phone for about 3 months and now I cant send texts. I had to leave work yesterday and my phone is vital to me being able to work. I came to pick up a new warrantied phone today and missing work and Im very upset with the service. Im literally just picking a phone up that I had delivered here and now they are making wait in line behind several people just to pick up my device. Tmobile is costing me a lot of money by me not being able to work. Natalie was the manager and made my experience worse. After she had me waiting for an hour I still left without my phone because she said she couldn't process the warranty. Now I have to wait for them to ship it to my house. I left in tears. Every other time Ive been in Ive dealt with Mike and he is amazing! Other than the phone pickup issues mike was very helpful in the past. I wosh he was here today!

Entire staff is great. I worked with Cesar who was extremely knowledgeable and sold me the perfect Galaxy and gave me a veteran discount. Go see Cesar!

Theresa is horrendously rude, discriminating, incompetent and a self serving joke for a manager. Who hired this clown? She flags reviews she doesn't like and her employees just gossip and play on their phones! She makes you wait and gives you excuses so she doesn't have to lift a finger and actually do her job - all with an eye roll! Yet, tries to sound sweet and pleasant aka FAKE! Do yourself a favor and sign up for service elsewhere!

I guess this place has not changed I would come to this location time to time and the customer service is always disappointing.. lacking..Its close to my home but I typically avoid it at all costs..but figured its been a couple years maybe the staff changed or service got better..Walked out last week so guess not..a guy said when I walked in someone will be right with me .I waited and waited and the same guy was done with the customer and then walked past me to someone else sitting at a table without saying a word..Would have been nice to know how long the wait is..how many people are in front of me..but nothing..There were two other staff helping others which seemed like would be a lengthy process so I didnt know this guy was helping also someone else too.So I left after 15 min of being ignored and bought my S24 Ultra elsewhere. Communication is key.
