Sean at the Alma School store is probably the most patient, knowledgeable and capable cell phone Dude we've ever met! Thanks so much for walking me thru my phone setup and answering all my questions.

Updating to One Star Review. I don’t care how amazing the staff were last time, I’ll leave the review up because it was well deserved, but this one star is well deserved too. Clearly last time was just a fluke. No customer should have to wait over an hour for a simple screen replacement. There was no concept of trying to multi task. Cody, helping another customer, has to drive to another store to pick up the phones, but instead of taking a few minutes to find out if there were any “simple” fixes he could help with, he decides to take off leaving the store full of people with one staff person. I am beyond trusted and doubt I’ll be back to this store. Old Review. I came into the store yesterday, May 9th completely blown away by Cody and Sean’s friendly attitude and customer service oriented attitude. There was other customers in the store who were being a bit difficult and not understanding even though the staff were taking their time to explain the promotions, etc… but they just were not getting it and wanted everything to be done on their terms. I applaud Cody and Sean both on how they interact with customers l, fair, but firm which is important when you are in the customer service industry, dictated by policies. You can’t just give everyone something for free, otherwise you wouldn’t have a business so I thought both gentleman represented T-Mobile very well. I interacted with Cody the most and he made sure I understood the promotion, helped me set up my phone, discussed the importance of phone insurance, etc… I normally bypass phone insurance because of the associated cost, but Cody did a great job explaining why it is so important. I’ll come back to that location specifically for my T-Mobile needs due to the amazing guys working yesterday. 5 Star Service all the way around!
