        Horrible experience and non existent customer service. We had booked our car 6 weeks in advance and were told the day prior to pick up that they didnt have a car available. We had 8 passengers so couldnt have switched to a smaller car. When we asked for a resolution we were given an old car with 60K+ miles on it and it shook uncontrollably when we drove it on the highway. We were told there was nothing they could do. It was the worst experience we have ever had with a car rental. Shame on you enterprise for running a sham.
