        I will not be coming to this location Becca was being rude, seem like she was bothered that I walked in I can also hear her talking about me in the back, which is very unprofessional and rude and I dont appreciate maybe you guys need to take a look again at her for your company.

        If I could rate 0 I would Becca is very rude and unprofessional made me feel uncomfortable she seems to hate her job and is quite lazy on her part or maybe she was just racist towards me not a good look for you guys she needs re training

        Horrible experience with this location. I am a long time Wells Fargo customer and I have never have been treated this way before. If you are reading this, DO NOT go on this location. Poorly trained employees.

        Went to this location at 4:35pm and ask if I can open a checking account. The guy that stands up front, not behind the glass, told me they do not have time and that they close in 20 minutes. Complete lack of customer service. I questioned him and he then told me it takes an hour to open a checking account. I find this hard to believe because I went to a different financial institute during my one hour lunch break to open a checking account and even had enough time to eat lunch and drive back to work. I do not recommend this bank or location to any one since they lack the customer service skills to keep the customer happy. If I can give zero stars I would!
