        You come to expect a certain level of care and quality from a local credit union, but this one is lacking. Terrible locations. No atm access almost anywhere. Closed weekends. Online support nearly non existent. Can't transfer outside azcu accounts. I have an 805 established credit score and only mortgage debt yet somehow I didn't qualify for a 10k loan, what a joke. Interest return on accounts is just as bad as any basic bank savings account. Overall this place offers absolutely nothing by way of benefit compared to basically any other bank or credit union.

        I'm a treasurer for a small nonprofit and contacted AZ Central CU to inquire about their account fees. I was told the fees could be waived but when we showed up to open an account was informed there was a $10/month which would slowly wipe out our savings and prevent us from awarding scholarships in the future. Very unfriendly CU to nonprofits.
