      image Easy to order parts online, quick and effortless to pick up at the store.
      The things I don't like - if you order a part online, and then return it under warranty, to get a warranty replacement requires the store employees to return the item, and then discount the new item to show you to get the parts.
      Although advertised on the advance autos website as an advance store, Car Quest stores cannot accept advance autos returns, exchanges, not anything to do with parts and money.

      image I needed a warranty replacement of a part that I'd purchased at another AAP store, way on the other side town two weeks earlier. The counter guy helped me buy a new one and then return the bad one for a refund later that day. As smoothly as possible. They usually have top-quality parts in stock at convenient locations, even on Sunday.
