I have traveled from North scottsdale to Chandler for 16 years just for the service. The staff is friendly and helpful. Kyle Wickwire has been in charge of my service for many years and provides quick, efficient and professional service. Oh, yes, and breakfast :-) I would never go anywhere else for Mercedes sales and service. Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Air conditioning, Oil change

I am glad, Mercedes paired me with advisor Dylan Eavenson. Ive had nothing short of a great experience every time I am in the shop. I own a Jeep, Toyota, BMW, and Lexus. BMW was probably the worse, as they told me a recall didnt apply just to find out it later applied, but Im now past my warranty. Ive always raved about Lexus and Toyota, but now Penske Mercedes has gave Lexus service some competition. If all service groups were honest and straight forward, customers will continue to return to the shop, and treat maintenance services as investments instead of the feeling of being nickeled and dimed. Everyone wins. Dylan is always pleasant to work with has good energy, and the best part is he is very transparent. While the part took about 2 months to get in, it isnt Dylans fault as there were issues in the shipping (If you are reading this Mercedes, give me a deep discount next time hahaha). Dylan are the advisors that brings customer back. I really hope Mercedes of Chandler takes care of Dylan as he takes care of the customers! Service: Body & Trim

4/8/2024 Updated review: Great detailing job was done, - my baby looks really good thank you. ( I wish it was done when I came to pick my car first time , last Friday. ) Thank you Dylan for resolving the level of service care issues my car received last week. 4/5/2024I hate to rate very low but I have to share my honest opinion about the service being delivered. Right? I like my adviser Dylan but the detailing job on my car. Dropped my car for the full detailing, and when I came to pick it up I found the dirty carpet, dirty floor - driver side, no wax & no polish & even no wash on the back of the bumper and other spots inside of my car that they just neglected to take care of. Dylan was agreed its not acceptable and I had to leave my car there till Monday. Will follow up on this review after I get my car back. Its really very upsetting and frustrating because it happened not once.

Our service advisor Dylan was excellent. He kept us informed on the service progress and made sure our service was done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this service department.
