My experience Pretzinger Agency was very poor. I do not recommend doing business with this agency. Most of my calls were unanswered and I had to wait for them to call me back. Went through the process of separating policies to individual policies, (divorce) and that was a nightmare. It seems most policy changes were difficult to get accomplished. Finally cancelled all of my policies and went with a different company. Much happier with my new agent. My experience Pretzinger Agency was very poor.
