I was sold a car insurance policy and paid upfront for 6 months. About a month later, I was billed for a renters insurance policy that we did not discuss and I did not sign up for, and, I would have declined, because I already have renters insurance through another agency. Not once did Craig mention I would be signed up for renters insurance. Not once did he mention I would get a monthly bill for renters insurance, when I paid my car insurance in full for 6 months. Instead, I was told I was saving money, but, actually I am not saving money because Ive now paid twice for a renters insurance. What a scam - This agency is not transparent and I would NOT recommend them to anyone. They run a dodgey practice and are not upfront about HOW they are saving you money. Also, Ive emailed and texted Craig about this and he has not once replied. The office staff never answers the phone when you call - Always straight to voicemail. The office has emailed me back pretty quickly, but its frustrating to not have them around to resolve issues when you have the time, rather, its only on their time.
