        We just purchased a RV policy from Katelyn. She was fantastic to work with. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Besides that, she created a great policy for us at a super good price.

        I used to love ROX insurance and had been with them several years, but since they have removed all of their old agents and replaced with new one named "Lilly" I do not recommended them any more. New agent is the only one there. She is not customer service oriented and is just there for a paycheck. She doesn't know the system and cannot answer questions. I now recommended Gephardt Insurance, they have great customer service as well as a competent staff. They also have the ability to answer questions and if one person cannot then they can and will find someone who can.
