        Dale and Jeff kept me informed and completed several tasks brakes, hoses , belts, safety inspection, air filter,coolant system tire pressure check, oil change/ filter, this was a general service call for updating overall general maintenance and I drove the car 80 miles after the work was completed and the car drives like new THANK YOU DALE AND JEFF WOW THESE GUYS STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK GREAT JOB GUYS AND THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

        I went to multiple shops to get my turn signal replaced and was told there would be a minimum of an hour wait. When I went to Big O, although they were busy too, they were able to squeeze me in. Not only was it a 5 minute wait, Steven the manager didnt even charge me! What?! When does that happen? I need some work done on my car and will need some new tires soon. They will absolutely have my business. Thank you Big O!
