I usually dont do ratings but its well deserve My spouse and I toured 2 times to be honest and my mom too and let me say the experience was amazing although our lease isnt up until june and my mom said she was looking for her son the staff was still willing to tour us and let me say we had an exceptional experience hospitality was beyond great. We toured with Adam my mom with Maria and my souse with Hannah all 3 made us feel welcomed they gave us that resort tour as if we are buying a vacation home not to mention they sold us when they mention they are professionally managed by Mark Taylor and how they only manage Luxury resort style homes like man who doesnt want to live in a Mark Taylor property with that said we leased locked and ready

As the first resident of the Canopy at Cottonwood, I can honestly say I am happy with my choice to make this community my new home.
Since this community is a brand new construction, there are going to be hiccups. However, the staff kept me up-to-date on all the new developments, and they immediately addressed all the issues we were having with some of the technology.
Maria, Adam and Hannah are very friendly, and they helped make the move-in process extremely easy. It's been a pleasure working with them so far.
Although the community is still under construction, I can start to see it taking shape and it's looking really good. Spacious kitchens, high ceilings, lots of natural light, stainless steel appliances, valet trash services and a fantastic-looking pool area. You have to see the fitness center for yourself.
I don't think there is a community quite like this one in CG.It's difficult to call these units apartments. They are cool little homes for rent with lots of amenities. I'm looking forward to seeing how this works out.
