I was wanting place Casa Grande and coming from Texas. Manager Mandi kept me updated on availability, paperwork information needed. She did great job on her end. I'm happy got this place. Near Food City and Goodwill, Jo Ann Fabrics, Mc Donald's and Church Chicken. It is quite and grounds kept clean. 7/10/22

I have been on the waiting list for awhile but Mandi kept In touch and always updated me when it was time. I just moved in and they have been so helpful and caring. I love the apartment and how secure it feels living here. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming also. I am so grateful

I am at tenant at Kachina and I love it here. What makes my experience even better , is our manager Mandi .
She is always kind and helpful to everyone. She had always treated everyone of us here with compassion , goes above and beyond for her tenants more then I've ever seen . She would never treat anyone here unfairly or mean. I've even known her as well as maintenance go grocery shopping for some of out tenant's here. That's on their days off , I don't know of many property managers not to mention a maintenance person to do this for a tenant on their day off.
If that's not caring or having compassion for people then I don't know what is. We all love and respect Mandi and Tim our maintenance guy. I love my apt. this is a great place to live , Mandi has made this place feel like home for all of us ,I thank her for that. And a high five to maintenance he gets things done in a very timely manner and is always very nice and helpful. Hope we get to keep Mandi and crew around for a while. Even on a bad day ,Mandi always keeps a smile on her face . Thank you for all that you do. Anyone saying that tenants here are being treated inhumane shouldn't lie like that , cause God does not like ugly .
