Villas by Mary t. is a well-maintained 55+ community for active seniors. I've lived here for seven years now and absolutely love it. Management and staff are very friendly and attentive to the needs and concerns of its residents. They are always available and there to help in any way they can. Maintenance too is excellent and the grounds always look nice. The Clubhouse and large pool complete with hot tub and palm trees will quickly draw you in as you relax in the beautiful Arizona weather. Read a good book or just chill with your favorite beverage as you attempt nirvana. It won't take long to realize that this place is different. They have a philosophy and mission statement that reflect their humanitarian roots. Believe me when I say it's all quite agreeable and when you really think about it - it's the way it should be... isn't it! My neighbors are the best I've ever had and my villa is spacious and well designed. I have a nice yard, garage and do some gardening that I enjoy. Simply put, if your looking to lease (or even if you now own) you won't do better than this for the price. It's affordable living at its best... a little piece of heaven to hang your hat!

I love living here I came back at that went to California for a while but now every time you turn around the rent is going up and I am happy with that have to go back to California

Mary T’s has been welcoming ! Staff is friendly ! I feel very safe in this neighborhood and highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for a forever home !

My dads been in this facility going on two years now! Its great place to live, very quiet, staff is always friendly and helpful. Mgmt is very responsive and always addresses your concerns
