        Ask for a form they Refused to give it to me barley got any money for my taxes when everyone i know got way more money This place is a joke with RUDE EMPLOYEE who do not wanna help thw tax lady me and.my husband got made us do alot of the work for her and REFUSED us a form the IRS told us to get from her .would love to talk to a manager about her she is a white older heavy lady with a bad attitude

        Rude disrespectful. It's ok to answer the phone...take a number call call back. Don't have full conversation while, I, as a costumer am sitting in front of her in mid sentence. And do it multiple times. Not helpful. For the price the service should be so much higher. I will NOT be using Jackson Hewitt ever again.
