The Bottom Line #2

I absolutely love and recommend this place! The ladies are super friendly and informative. I've been a Bottom Line Tax client for years and was super excited when they opened their Buckeye location. I've never had an issue filing my taxes with them! Amparo is like a tax expert! I will continue to come here and recommend this place to everyone I know. 10/10

I usually go with H&R Block because they know what theyre doing, but I listen to someone else and tried this place. Its sad that the lady made a mistake and didnt attach my PIN number and now a bunch of time going by I still havent been able to get my refund. Shes confused and trying to send me in circles about stuff I dont really need to do. IRS told me to have her resubmit it with my pin and shes acting all confused like shes unsure if she can do her job right. Im just not happy because its ridiculous the amount of time I had to wait for my refund and for the lady Amparo to not care much and make sure its corrected is unprofessional and very sad customer service. I wouldnt EVER go here to do taxes again. Thanks for not caring for your customer because I will now go to someone who does their job right and gives me respect as a customer.
