Pizza Hut

Worse place to order apparently you have to tell them that your promo pic says 12 dollar large pizza.its there freaking sale they have advertised for sake. Yet if you order and don't tell them they will charge you 20 dollars for a large pizza then say " I know that's what the deal is but because you didn't tell us you have to pay original price". We're not allowed to change anything it's store policy. Never order from a bunch of theiving liars and putting up false ads on line. Bunch of scammers!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hands down the WORST customer service I have ever encountered! (And I will note on more than one occasion after giving them the benefit of the doubt) Jay or James is the individual providing the completely unprofessional ultimately very rude service! After 3 separate instances where this individual flat out refused to provide assistance 1.Simply take an order via phone....demanding we place online or call back and press 1 to get connected to their call center (I explained call center transferred me because their system was down) I was left with a loud audible "UGGGHHHH of course" fine what do you want?? 2. Requested a Well Done pizza with his flat out refusal again said NO we don't do that during our dinner order time frame. 3. Requested no Cheese on my lactose intolerant daughters pasta and also said we don't do that! When we have in fact ordered that way for years with no issue. It is clear this individual has no drive to provide families with a satisfying meal or experience. Pizza Hut I respectfully request you evaluate who you have working for you. I will be ordering from our next closest location!

Worst customer service ever, from a manager name James. We complained about the pizza we received and his first response is 'well, we have the best cook on the line right now so it is how you ordered your pizza.' He said he would remake it, so I said, I wanted to change it, and of course he said, it was an up charge. I said that is fine and was told to bring in the pizza. I brought in the pizza and James attitude was extremely ugly, he argued with me about the pizza, I was just showing him that it could be the dough and that's why we wanted to change the pizza dough type but he went on saying, 'people say we have the best pizza' then I said try this pizza then and he said 'he doesn't eat this junk' and even said he would call the cops for trespassing after he tried to charge me full price for the replacement pizza! I asked for refund and he kept running his mouth trying to embarrass me with other customers in the store. We order from that location so many times, so this was absolutely ridiculous. Shame that we won't be going there anymore.

This Pizza Hut location never fails to prepare a top notch product. The employees are friendly and helpful. Of course I will return
