The food and the prices are always good I ordered at dinner time and it was only a 20 minutes wait. My only complaint is that it was dirty in the lobby with spiderwebs on the ceiling.

Never Hot N Ready, only one person working, the cashier, while the knuckleheads in back think its recess. Was told 15 minutes, been over 30 minutes!!

I went in on a Thursday at 11 AM to get a couple of pizzas. While I was waiting for my pizzas, I witnessed an employee in the back making the new crazy puff pizzas. He had no gloves on and while prepping the pizzas I witnessed him touch his earphones 3 to 4 times as well as wipe his nose two times with his bare hand and texting on his phone. Not one time did he wash his hand and proceeded to prep the pizzas. One lady came in asking for an order of them and was told it was gonna be 40 minutes before any came out. After she walked out, saying that was too long of a wait, the employee went to the back to laugh and joke about it with another employee. I didnt ask for a refund, but to say the least, after witnessing all of that, I wont be back.

They need better customer service and to prepare the food better and not just give you scraps. If you pay money for your food you want what its supposed to look like. I waited over 30 minutes for an online order .
