I placed a pickup order, it wasnt done when it said it was took another 10mins to complete. Ended up bringing everyone inside to eat lunch instead of taking it to go. When I grabbed my order my kids milk and applesauce wasnt in the bag. When I stood at the counter no one acknowledged me standing there for 5 mins. Manager handed another customer her food didnt even look in my direction. When she finally did I told her my kids milk and applesauce wasnt in the bag. She told me they didnt have kids bag so it was inside my bag, I said I know I was asking for the milk and applesauce. She said they didnt have either one, and asked what else I wanted so I got my kid a fountain drink. But what if I took that to go like I originally did got home and both items I paid for werent obviously in the bag? I paid for a meal I should get it or at least a conversation stating neither items were in stock. My kids nuggets were mostly crunchy skin so I gave them my chicken from my bowl. If I wouldnt eat it personally i wouldnt serve it to the customer. Her co workers had no sense of urgency or care for the customers, I did feel bad she was literally telling them step by step what they should be doing and how to do things. I dont know whats going on with kfc lately but things need to get a grip and handle on. Cotton lane and dysart need the help too bad experience with all 3 constantly. But we enjoy kfc sometimes.

They only excepted card no cash. Reason being was they didnt have enough change. I had the change needed to pay. Always problems with this kfc.

Waa Closed 20 minutes early...could see kids/employees running around inside...drive through has been non operational on several occasions
