I have scheduled an over the phone appointment with GNK medical 3 times due to them never calling me, I called when they missed my first appointment and they had said they were a little behind so without a thought or worry I rescheduled, the next visit no call again I had called and they had said that they are sorry and I had to reschedule again, and so on and on, if you want a reliable medical provider GNK medical is not for you!

Awesome... I've seen DR G around 15 years. He very good Dr. Most my family also see him. I trust him 100 percent with my health. He always listens And explains everything.

As many many other reviews here has stated. I am in complete agreement with them Dr kupar is wonderful BUT the help there is nothing but a joke. Good luck getting this across to the Drs due to the fact their wives (wife) work the front office I have been trying for over 3 months in getting a referral to the right place and having the correct info on it. It has been a nightmare . I have set up and seen the Dr about it only to have him say "just tell girls in referral what I need. I have tried over the phone, in person and even wrote it down and left it at the front office, only to be told by referral dept they never rec'd it. My father desperately needs home health care but has yet to receive it 3 months later. Same old story. Everyone passes the buck.terrible communication between depts and even when I actually get to talk to someone in referral I have been told it has been faxed only to here over and over from several facilities that they never rec'd it. Sum it up. If you have a cold or minor issues that will not involve staff other than Dr by all means go here. But if you need referrals GOOD LUCK WITH THAT. to bad to cuz like I said Dr kupar is fantastic but staff needs to be retrained at best with communicatiing with each other

2021- I decided to end my care at G&K for poor front office service. I work in the medical field and have never seen such bad unprofessional attitudes. Absolutely no compassion! Not to mention running my debit card for other peoples copays! Double charges and incorrect billing issues. 2024- I chose to go back, my husband unfortunately is still a patient here. My provider called in sick so I had to reschedule. My appt was for 415 and no one had called yet so I called. Thank god I did! No one called to verify my insurance. But they stated someone called me twice. They did not!! They said I needed to be rescheduled again! Im good! Again.poor service poor attitude unprofessional, lack of communication, no compassion. Get rid of administration AGAIN and get rid of Irene already! Lol butthey wanted to collect my balance of $1.03
