Well managed, almost over managed. Majority of the tent sites have no shade in the heat of the sun. Impossible to camp in tent over 95 degrees of full sun!

Quiet but close-knit community. Everyone watches out for each other, and everyone waves as they drive by. I really like it here so far.

Had a pleasant stay at Prickly Pear for 4 months. People are nice and management is very helpful. Grounds are clean and noise is minimal. Would stay again!
